Globera OTS Rules

1. How to get an answer from a Game-Master using CTRL+R:
a) Make sure that your report isn't false positive.
b) Make sure that there is no answer for your question at the website.
c) Never start the sentence with "GM, are you there?", "GM I have a problem", "Help".
d) Always write your intentions, describe your problem.
e) If you report a cheater - write what is the player doing.

2. How to get a help on english/polish chat channels:
a) Before asking a question, make sure that your question cannot be solved by using page.
b) Never start the sentence with "Tutor/GM, are you there", "Tutor/GM I have a problem", "Help".
c) Try to describe everything in one sentence with as many details as possible.
d) If no one of server Staff is responding to your question, try to contact us using

3. Server Support:
a) Pretending to be a member of server Staff or having their powers.
b) Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to a Staff member concerning his or her investigations or making false reports about rule violations.
c) Insulting and threatening a gamemaster or a streamer group because of his or her actions or position as a Staff member.

4. Cheating:
a) Exploiting obvious errors of the game ("bugs"), for instance to duplicate items. If you find an error you must report it to Globera support immediately.
b) Intentional abuse of weaknesses in the gameplay, for example arranging objects or players in a way that other players cannot move them [ only if situation takes place in protection zone].
c) Uusing additional software to play the game.
d) Trying to steal other players account data ("hacking").

5. Destructive Behaviour:
a) Blocking the shops, so other playes are not able to talk with NPC.
b) Advertising brands, products or services of third parties or content which is not related to the game.
c) Convincing other players to leave from the server.
d) Excessively spamming with the same message or nonsensical text.
e) Excessively insulting other players or being toxic in general.
f) Offering account data to other players, offering items, characters for real money.
g) Offering Globera items for items on other servers.
h) Blocking players inside protection zones, so they cannot get out of it.
i) Harassing or ruining the game experience of other players by excessively killing them without any reason.
j) Trashing depots of other players.

6. Statements:
a) Server staff don't take responsibility for players losses caused by their own connection/computer problems.
b) Providing false evidence that may contribute to any other player's punishment is severely punished.
c) Staff member has no right to engage in any transactions made by players.
d) Staff member has the right to enforce the regulations based on a provocation carried out to check the player's integrity.
e) Using public channels contrary to their purpose will result in a penalty, which will be based on regulations and situation.
f) Abusing Rule Violation (ctrl+r) will result in penalty.
g) Server Staff do not take responsibility for hacks.
h) In some situations Server Staff refund experience points or gold for errors that were caused by the server or client.
i) Server Staff do not refund items that were stolen in scam situations.

7. Gambling:
a) Gambling using a virtual cube in any way is punishable.

A violation of the Globera's rules may lead to temporary banishment of characters and accounts. In severe cases removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined by the server Staff imposing the banishment.

These rules may be changed at any time.
